About myself

Welcome, and thank you for showing interest in me and my company. My name is Ronny Louis, the driving person behind the company NR Partners BV. NR Partners BV provides professional services to business clients related to process improvement.

After graduating in 1994 I build up a very solid technical background in networking, security, and Microsoft solutions. In this period, I obtained very valuable certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Security Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Between 2003 and 2005 I started experiencing how to give the most value to customers without being an employee, and provided services as a secondary profession, mainly focusing on smaller companies that needed expert advice, but from a known and reliable person, instead of an anonymous large company.

In 2005 my secondary profession became my main activity, and “Corporate IT Management Solutions” was born. As of that moment my only focus was on IT Service Management (based on ITIL) and Project Management.

In 2013 this company was reformed from a one-man business to a private company, and it got renamed to “NR Partners BV”.

Between 2005 and 2012 my contracts were all ITIL-related.
Between 2013 and 2023 all my contracts were project management related (both Waterfall and agile methodologies were used).
From 2024 on, I’m now only offering services around IT Service Management and process improvement.

In my current contract I’m the Process Owner for all ITIL-related practices, starting from a chaotic situation to bringing maturity level 1 in all relevant processes. Currently I’m working on Change Enablement, Service Catalog Management and Service Continuity Management.
